I don't really know! Apart from taste tests for marketing I would assume not though. However, I guess the FDA does have health and safety standards that they monitor, test and control. I am getting to the stage where I am more concerned about ingredients in my dog's food than those in mine. LOL! As humans we can decide what to eat, but our pets depend on us and do not have a say. That is a big responsibility. |
