They poop in open garages, gardens, the backs of just-washed pick-up trucks and in the yards of some dogs, who then eat it and get sick, have to go to the vet. They poop near the open window where a neighbor sits in the den and has to smell it for hours unless one wants to go pick it up! Ugh! If they place any trash outside waiting for the garbage truck, they shred that open and the neighbor has to pick each dirty piece up and put it in another bag and take it in the house to keep until the next pick-up day to keep it from being shredded again. I know - my neighbor's cats have done all of this. I so wish they would keep their various cats in the house and safe. They have lost more than one to dogs and cars and who knows what. The cast changes frequently since she keeps only one cat inside and the others don't come back. You'd think she'd be afraid they would get hurt out running around on their own but she lets them out twice a day.
