I have had nothing but good experiences at the PetSmart in Chattanooga. I don't ever have him bathed, but I have taken him there for both touch up trims/nails and all over cuts. They have always followed my instructions implicitly and they have a big window where I can stand and watch the whole time. The groomers there have always seemed quite professional and gentle, even when I saw a 5lb yorkie kick the butts of three groomers at the same time!
