Wow! What a predicament to be in. I am so praying that this was an owner turn in.
I'm sorry this is happening but please just contact Avid and look into the owners who had Jenna microchipped. I understand it has been 3 years, but if they really lost their dog/Jenna...they have a right to know she is alive and well. I don't know how it would turn out, but it's the only thing to do that's right.
