Welcome to you and tiny Willow. Well if you don't want her pad trained at all, then I'd suggest putting up an expen or some other type of really small fenced area where you could just put your chair, sit down and just wait for her to potty without much room for her to run around, then praise and let her out to play. If she has a larger area she may be just too busy exploring to want to potty, plus by keeping her in a small pen till she does, it's easier to immediately praise her up close so she knows what it's all about.
