 Purebred
Yes I think she could be purebred, just a little larger and ears don't stand. Probably the owner didnt work with the ears and it looks like she has the cottony coat which makes it harder to get the ears up because of the heavy coat. Also heavy cottony coat makes one more reason to keep her shaved short. She is a cutie though.
