Hello everyone! My name is Renee. I got my first Yorkie on January 26th - the breeder said she weighed 2.8lbs but I took her to the vet the very next day and they said she only weighed 2.2lbs. Her name is Molly - she is very smart and learns quick. She just graduated from puppy training class Friday night. I have asked the breeder on several occasions how much mom and dad weigh but she doesn't answer me. Since Molly will be 6 months on Thursday I am assuming she isn't going to get much bigger. I had her weighed Friday and she weighs 2.8lbs now but lost .1oz due to teething. She won't hardly eat the last 4-5 days. I am giving her some soft food the vet gave me Hills AD food.

I hope she gains more weight and at least gets to 3 lbs but what are your thoughts? Also should I let her chew on a nylabone since she's already lost quite a few teeth and they say don't let them chew if they have adult teeth.

Thanks!
