For example, I doubt if they hate her. The down side to this is that if the defense did get a preview of her notes they can ask the right questions to build the case, and she will answer them impartially, but she will be more likely to give us factual information and that will lead us to the truth.

I also doubt if LaViolette even throughly studied different personality disorders such as narcissism, antisocial and oppositional defiant disorder. I dont' think she cares that much about what the person brings to the situation, but just how do you fix it. For those of you unfamiliar with oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), these people exhibit hostilely defiant behavior toward authority figures. Kicking mothers and tweeting about the prosecution would fall under this category.

Some of the other qualities of ODD

Performs actions to deliberately annoy others. Example gave Nancy Grace the finger.
Angry and resentful of others. Example: Killing Travis when he wouldn't take her on vaction.
Argues often. Shown on the witness stand by not answering questions and telling Juan, "That's a compound question."
Blames others for his or her own mistakes. Example: Blames Travis for his own death.
Spiteful or seeks revenge: Example: Kills Travis for not taking her on vacation and tries to ruin his reputation by calling him a pedophile. Look out, Juan if she gets off.

One of the problems I had with LaViolette, was the fact that she said she was “old fashioned” and didn’t want to ask certain questions. I really think this trait kept LaViolette from learning in Arias true feelings of the sexual relationship, and in turn the true relationship, because it was primary a sexual relationship. I don’t think LaViolette understands that those exist without someone (the girl) being the victim.
I totally agree!
1st time I've heard of ODD, but fits her.. among her many other psych "qualities"!
I guess now I'm going to have to be careful, who I call "ODD"..
