I was shocked to hear that testimony by her and that Martinez didn't seem to know for sure either. Maybe he did but you would have thought he would reference at least something about the case in some way if he had it and that she wouldn't have a ready list to present in case questioned as well as to present to potential trial lawyers interested in her. But he didn't seem to press that home like you'd think he would if he had all of the details - he seemed to back off - or maybe the phone rang and I just missed that part. But her response really surprised me - I thought expert witnesses could whip out all of the full details of every case they worked from an encoded jump drive on their keychain or in their phone! At least have a ready list somewhere within reach in case questioned about it.
I was shocked that Martinez didn't seem to have that information about her prior case testimony via Westlaw, LN or one of those services and get more into that. IDK, maybe he did and just didn't refer to particulars in the case due to the case being publicly televised but either I missed it or he just didn't go in for the kill on that.
