After the hawk attack when Cali was having frequent anxiety issues I used Xanax. She was still able to walk, eat and function well when you get the dose right. The other thing I like about it is that it works quickly so you can use it when the occasion calls for it and it works in about 15 to 30 minutes.
I use either the liquid or a pill in cheese. The liquid seems to work the fastest, but the pill is good too.
