a handsome little boy!!
I'm sorry you had to experience that.. BUT his hair will grow back! In the meantime you can research a breeder that will listen to you
I will tell you my story so yours doesn't sound that bad..
My wonderful husband has a shaved head. When my Peanut was 1 year old he thought it would be a good idea to take him to a groomer he randomly picked out and told her to shave his dog to look like his HEAD!!!!
He tells me she didn't want to do it, she made him sign a waver LOL Sure enough I came home from working a 14 hour day looking for my baby and he looks like a drowned sickly rat!!! EVERYTHING was gone, his hair, his face hair, his WHISKERS, his eyebrows, his ear hair... He seriously looked like a chihuahua, and not a cute one- an ugly sickly one!!
That being said I'm in charge of the grooming since that day LOL. Pnut's hair grew back and I forgave my husband.. He also realized Yorkies have hair for a reason
