As far as doing any damage, your pup is just fine! It's still a quality food, even if it's the adult formula. No harm no foul, especially if she's switched over to the puppy food with no problems.
Did you hang on to your receipt from PetSmart? I love that they will let you return an open bag of food if it doesn't work out for some reason. They may even give you a store credit if you don't have the receipt.
