Wonder if you have a neck strain/sprain? Do you work bent over your desk or a computer a good bit - or read nonstop for hours or work with your arms up a lot, causing you to hyperextend your neck a lot? Those kinds of repetitive things can strain the neck muscles and create that kind of pain radiating into the head and cause an allover headache. Why don't you see an orthopedist just to see? Sometimes there is a bit of a subluxation of one or more of the cervical vertebrae from birth and with age it begins to sublux a bit more and more and then certain things you do daily in life hurt it.
