It's been about 3 days and Kimchee is not taking kindly to the new pup, Arthur. Arthur is doing great. He's so friendly and tries to play with Kimchee all the time. Kimchee gets annoyed and never wants to play with him. For example, when I throw the ball, Kimchee will run to fetch it. Then Arthur will follow her and try to get the ball too. Once Arthur gets near her, Kimchee drops the ball and walks away. It's really sad!
Kimchee also growls at him when he comes close to her a lot. They both fit comfortably in the car seat. However, Kimchee tries to jump out of it and avoids Arthur like he has the plague.
Is this normal? What can I do to help them get along better? |
