it is uncommon for a 7 month old pup to be overweight unless you are feeding him way too much or the wrong foods.. just my opinion..
my Oscar is 1 1/2 yrs old
@ 9 lbs ,
13 inches long base of neck to base of tail
12 inches tall, shoulder to floor..
