What a shame, what should have been a happy occasion turned into a nightmare. I really wish airlines would stop allowing small pets to fly without a carrier. None of this would have happened and you would have had your precious puppy in your arms last night. United should be ashamed of themselves and I would not let this rest until they reimburse you for your puppy's flight. That's the least they can do. Please let us know when you finally get your hands on your little baby.
