Thank you for letting us know...we are all as worried as you are about this poor soul! Did they even tell you what in the H*** happened????? When all this is over, you need to contact corporate headquarters for United and tell them about those rude women and the kind of wonderful, compassionate customer service they extended to YOU during a very exasperating time. Last night, on the news, I heard United came in dead last on all counts, in ratings for airlines.....guess you can vouch for that!!! |
