The PetSafe people hate me so much 2 different ladies hung up on me and I didnt even yell but they did not like my tone of voice. Bi*** please be glad i cannot reach through my phone and jack your monkey arse up. The last lady told me I had some nerve comparing my puppy to a lost child. Seriously. When i started sarcastic laughing at her and telling her seriously did you really just say that, she hung up on me.
These are the people the airline has to keep track of pets, to keep pets safe and to act as liasons for the customers and pets??? They might need to rethink their hiring/training processes. If the "pet safe" people don't understand that to many people, our pets ARE our children, they are in the wrong line of work. Once this is over, I would write a strongly worded letter to the airline describing your experience and the utter lack of helpfulness as well as the outright rudeness of the petsafe people. I have never hung up on anyone, personal or business. That is unacceptable!
