Ok so we did our first phase of the haircut today. Took the grooming table out on the deck and went to work. I scissor trimmed his torso. Actually that's all I really want to accomplish right now. We did shave some of the privacy area and the upper third of his ears. I also rounded out his paws a bit and that was all for today. Hubby wants me to use the clippers with an adapter to shave his body so it looks shaggy but ughhhhhhhh I love his coat sooo much. We'll see how I feel tomorrow. Maybe I'll go for the shave in June when it's warmer. Here's the pic so far. Tail is down - he's had enough.
