Thank-you for you kind words. The tops of most of Chloe's dresses are pretty much the same so I had an idea how to do that. I traced the top and added a half inch all around. For the bottom I cut the fabric 44 inches long and 9 inches wide. I figured by the time I hemmed and put the pieces together the dress would be about 12 inches long. Then I made box pleats 1 and half inches. A Little velcro and ribbon. As I'm typing this it sounds pretty easy. But alot of cut, pin, sew, iron, rip out start again (LOL).
