Default New Puppy

She already goes outside 90% of the time,we are also teaching her with bells on the door. She already sits and comes on command and starts school on Saturday. We are also crate training her,she is doing pretty good except for the following, for instance I work at nights sometimes so I took her out at 2:20 in the afternoon, she went #1.My son gets home at 3:15 and takes her out immediately.Between that time she went #2 what a mess she gets it on her paws, she really seems upset about this, this is the 3rd time this has happened in a week, the other 2 times where at night.I get up at 3:00 am and take her out,(I dont mind since I know she can only hold for so long at this age and I should only have to do this for a month or so) she usually will start barking if she needs to go out in the middle of the night,I go in the room and wait for her to completely stop barking or crying before I get her out,she usually will go both and is fine till morning 6:00am when my daughter will take her out.But when we come back in and I tell her its crate time and put her back in(remember its 3:00 am) she will start barking for about 15 minutes. We never give her crying or barking any attention when she is in the crate,.We divided the crate smaller like your supposed to,I also have done the drill where I would put her in for 5 minutes stay in the room and as long as she is not crying or barking then let her out.I also would put her in her crate if we are eating dinner and she would be in the same room with us and she would be fine(so she doesn't associate with being in the crate every time we leave or go to bed.I also would leave her crate open when shes out and put a treat in their, she will go get it sometimes eating it in there and then come out,she will be fine.I don't want her to keep getting #2 on herself when she is in her crate its a mess plus I think it really upsets her will she figure this out.
