First of all, welcome to YT! Is she still teething? If so, they may straighten up after she is finished teething. Izzy is 11 months old (we never taped her ears and never shaved them down when she was younger) and her ears look exactly like your little one's. When Izzy looks up at us, her ears will "stand up" completely so we get the best of both, floppy and upright.
