What Bella is doing is trying to establish herself as the Alpha because she senses weakness in Sadie right now. I think the best thing to do is to keep them separated until Sadie is on the mend. If it continues after that, then you can be concerned and look into behavior modification. I honestly think it won't be a concern once they are both healed up.
