You have to be careful wherever you look and I would steer clear of anything worded that way. The site www.iupui.edu/~ihls400/responsible_breeder.html has a good collection of articles on what to expect from a responsible breeder and the site www.buyingapuppy.com has a good list of questions to ask. Be sure to visit before you go to pick up a pup and be prepared to answer a lot of questions. A good breeder will ask them. You may also want to contact vets in your area for breeder referals, they generally know the good, bad and ugly about breeders in the area. Best of luck.
