What in the world can this poor unfortunate female expect in the way of quality assistance/knowledge from her "breeder/owner" during her pregnancy and whelping, should she need it? What is the purpose of this breeding? Few people intentionally load their pockets full of rocks, then jump into the deep end of the pool, not knowing how to swim.....unfortunately, most people are under the misguided impression that CORRECT, RESPONSIBLE, ETHICAL, AND COMPASSIONATE breeding is nothing but throwing two dogs of the opposite sex together and they and Mother Nature will take care of the rest. Unfortunately, breeding done in this manner, and jumping into water not knowing how to swim, yeilds the same results....somebody will probably pay with their life, and it is unfortunately, usually the most innocent of the group.
