You know best what your baby needs so go with your gut, Mike. As we learn more about how things are going to be, we have to sometimes decide differently so just trust what feels right for what you can control of Eddie's immediate post-op course.
Here's hoping he sleeps most of the time he's home and doesn't feel much pain and all goes smoothly. At least the really, really scary part is over!
