You need to get her use to the grooming tools and being handled. You'll want to work with her on her "sit, stay and lay down" commands. Than start with just soft strokes with a slicker bush when she is in a calm state maybe laying in your lap. Reward her with Cheerios when she is sitting and remains still and does not fuss. Tell her she a good girl and stroke her head. It will take lots of time and lots of stressful moment for both of you in order to get her to the point that she will no longer fight with you.
