Okay so I am home. I saw a different doctor but at the same vet hospital. She said that because of the hematoma he had after surgery it is not uncommon for there to be scar tissue and some blood that makes it feel like there is still a testicle. He was the only neuter the day he had surgery and they dug through the "trash" to make sure that there was two testicles in there and there was. She said it could take a couple months for it to be completely flat and to do warm compresses on it. I am going to give it a couple weeks and see if there is any difference. If not i will be taking him to a different vet office to get a second opinion. I do feel somewhat better but I will not feel completely better until it is gone.
