I don't eat any meat, but do eat fish/seafood on occasion. Salmon can be iffy - some people don't like it, period. Other people, like me, like it when/if someone knows how to keep it moist. You can't really go wrong w/ whitefish...like with garlic butter, or just butter and seasonings.
For our holidays, we always make hubby meat - and then we also always have crab legs, which go so well with the rest of the dinner (we always make garlic rosemary mashed potatoes, mushroom bisque (or salmon bisque), popovers, and apps...and a brined turkey if it's Thanksgiving). Lobster tail is always good too!
