Definitely get the second opinion... because it has happened where vets make mistakes and don't properly remove everything ... but to me, it just sounds like you're suffering with some very similar problems that I did with Dexter.

OMG thank you I am hoping it is just something like that. Yeah I had posted a pic in my album on here. I don't know how to attach it or I would. But his scrotum was super swollen like 5-6 times the size it was before the surgery.
