I was thinking about that comparison too. You don't want to get her thinking pooping is bad, actually she gets praise for making it in the right place. So using terms like, 'Ewwwww! Yucky! Stinky!' as oppossed to telling her she's being 'bad' will make a difference, and holding her at arm's length on the way to the bathroom to clean her up (No kissies for you for a while! You is stinnnnky!) and putting her on the floor and ignoring her for a bit should be enough for her to 'get' the difference. Making 'Eeeeew!' faces should help too, as opposed to a 'stern' face used in corrections.
