I don't have a whiner.... I have a barker... That's how he talks to me and it can get sooo annoying... I've tried time outs, I've tried walking away, I've tried ignoring him.... That's one thing he just won't get through his head. I've quit using "no" in an effort not to confuse and now use "enough" for barking. Bevo is now 4 1/2.... Good luck!
