I have always kept Huey in more of a silky cut instead of a Yorkie cut so we haven't worn a topknot until recently when I bought a grooming table and can now hold him still long enough to put one in. I am growing out his visor & I have found the tiny scrunchies from goodys hold very well. What removes it from his head is his daddy. Every time I put a top knot on him, dh says "your mama put you in a ponytail" and as soon as I turn my head it is out. I know his daddy is taking it out because the dog does not put the scrunchie on top of the kitchen countertop.
