In the last picture you posted of him, he has a long tail. Most Yorkies have their tail docked (this means cut down to a nubby kind of tail). Usually by the time a buyer gets their puppy, it's already been done because the breeders have it done when they are super young (along with removing their dewclaws).
Anyway, if ever given the option, I would NOT have my pup's tail docked just because I think it is unnecessary and their tails are so expressive. Just a preference of mine. My Mandie's is docked and she wags that little nub all the time. Hmmm, if it was still long, she might be knocking over stuff all the time with how much and fast she wags hehe
