Welcome to Yorkie Talk. I don't live near you but if you have any friends that have dogs you could get a recommendation from them. You may also want to try your vet and ask if anyone in the office has any recommendations for a groomer that specializes in toy breeds.
You can also invest in some clippers and watch the video in the sticky on the Grooming Forum that a member put together. If you start your baby getting used to the sound of the clippers and getting their feet touched at an early age it will be easier on your baby when he/she gets older and you or someone else wants to groom them.
