Sorry for your trouble, but is your fence wire or wood? If it is wire they sell these tent stakes at WALMART for abour $1-$2 for about 3 or 4 and it works really good to secure it down...... hope everything works out good...maybe he doesn't like all of the pups around..feels threatened or feels like they are taking his mommy? |
