A most of YT knows, I rescued a black Lab last summer (Layla). She was 3 days away from euthanasia. We kept her and worked with her as long as we could, but she just needed more room to run. She was also very destructive due to boredom, I think. She is now on a farmette with other Labs and kids and two ponds she can swim in! She loves it and is doing great!
The point of all this is, your Boxer may indeed be happier somewhere else. Don't beat yourself up about this! You are trying to do the best thing for HER as well as your household. It'll be ok! |
