Restrict her freedom to a smallish area with the pad always within easy and speedy reach. The area can be an xpen or a room where you can supervise. Put her on the pad when she wakes up from sleeping, after meals, after playtime or anything exciting. If you see her circling or showing any signs of needing to go, direct her to the pad, or physically put her there.

Use keywords and phrases when you put her on the pad like, "Go potty."

When she potties on the pad, praise her profusely and give her a small treat.

You may want to start with more than one pad lined up, making a larger target. Sometimes that helps.
