Just like with outside training you need to watch your pup for signals and get it to the potty in time. Since your pup is young you do want the pup to be near a pad at all time since it has still not fully developed the ability to hold it's urine.
Make sure you keep at least one pad near the door you take your dogs out if you intend to outside train this baby eventually. It will help with the transition to have the potty near where it will be going out. You may even take a pad outside with you if the pup is afraid to potty outside at first. |
