It won't take her long to be her old self and soon you will be worrying about her putting on too Much weight! Zachary was playing the second day after his neutering but with a little girl it will probably be a bit longer.
My vet is a old school country vet and he generally doesn't give pain Meds and all 6 of my kids plus the three that are now at Rainbow Bridge were done by him with no problems.
She will be fine in a few days!
