- Can I know more about their age, temperament and show history?
- Do you have registration papers of them? can you explain their pedigree?
- how many litters do you have a year?
- Have they been tested for any defects or genetic problems ?


About puppies
- What's the puppy weight now? and expected adult weight?
- How are you going to potty train them?(litter box, wee wee pad, or outside)
- Do you have shot records?
- What type of food are you currently feeding the puppy?
Will you provide me with a week’s worth of food for the puppy?
- What kind of instructions will you provide me for when I take the puppy home?
- What potential genetic problems are inherent in your dogs?
- What type of contract, conditions or guarantees are involved in the sale of the your puppy? Do you have a written contract and health guarantee? Look for a health guarantee that is more then just a few days.
