You are reffering to the Generation Certificate.
Whether this person was trying to be deceitful and knowingly committed fraud by providing you with false statement on the registration paper or she truly believes that both parents are pure breed. Either way she is clearly mistaken and at fault.
Can I ask where you got your pup from and if the breeder has a web site can you add the link?
