I agree with Yorkietalkjilly. Dishonest breeders will switch litter registration slips around and they do it very easily. AKC is the only reputable organization to register dogs in the US but the registration is only as good as the breeder is reputable.

This breeder appears to have royally ripped you off. Consider doing the DNA testing and reporting her to the AKC. After you get your DNA results either write or call her to let her know that you are aware of what she is doing and are going to report her. Someone as brazen as this probably will be prepared to fight you but don't back down. When people walk away from something like this it only encourages the disreputable breeder to continue doing this.

There is a small chance that this could have been the result of an unplanned breeding with a Chi or Min Pin but a Yorkie breeder would certainly have known by the time she sold you that puppy that it was not a full bred Yorkie.

I'm sorry this happened to you. There are all kinds out there The popularity of the Yorkie has caused a lot of greedy people to start breeding them.
