I would take her in now. Pancreatitis can turn deadly in a heartbeat. It is nothing to mess around with.One of my pups threw up three times one afternoon. I took him to my vet and one of her partners saw him. He did blood work and felt that George was ok...gave him subcutaneous fluids and some pain meds and sent him home. I worried all night and first thing the next day, I took him to the specialty hospital I use in Houston. Thank God I got him in when I did. They did an ultrasound and his pancreas was very inflammed and he had fluid in his chest and abdomen. They gave him a 50/50 chance of surviving that night...and had to give him plasma.

Pancreatitis is very serious and very painful. Taking her to the EC does cost more but it is so important that IV fluids and meds be started right away if they indeed have it. Good luck and please keep us posted.
