Default what to do with a crate restricted dog who hates toys?

We are more than halfway through her 6 week confinement for leg surgery. She is feeling pretty swell and wants to jump around putting weight on her leg, which is fine n small doses.. Unfort. she wants more action, less sleep..I have to move her from her puppy apt. crate to the small one when she gets crazy. If I go out, which is hardly ever these days I have to put her in the smaller crate and I get a nice pee present when I get back. I dont get mad about those..even though I know she can hold it for more than 1.5 hours.. Even tranquilzers from the surgeon dont seem to slow her down for more than an hour tops. Jess has NO interest in toys whatsoever. None. sniffs it and moves on..I tried frozen kongs (eats through it in 5 mins) hide the kibble in what hand (she gets sick of the game quick) animal planet (wont even look)
treat training..hit or miss...she cant play fetch or anything that makes her walk or run.. Im being VERY cautious as if this doesnt work..well lets not go there..it will work..im like the moving police..."No" is a word she is used to now..(for jumping)
any ideas?? help.........................
