Agreed. I feed Raw Prey Model as well and LOVE it. It is a bit time consuming but we do weeks at a time. Chad and I blast music and sing/dance in the kitchen as we make our boys' food, HA HA.
Do you have a lot of Asian marketplaces where you're at? If so, you're in luck! You'll get all the "icky" stuff that you need!
