Try not to put anything in her ears for at least a couple of days before you go to the vet. It will interfere with them being able to make an accurate diagnosis. When the ear canal is wet from drops, etc. they cannot see into the canal well because of the light reflecting off the liquid. It also interferes with lab tests.
