This may be a problem called LP Luxating patella which means the kneee cap is coming out of it's groove. This is a common genetic problem in yorkies and other dogs. It may or may not require surgery. If Kiki starts favoring her leg not weight bearing on it, extending it to the side ( it sometimes locks out of position but will usually pop back in) If it continues I would have it looked at by your vet and then a consult with a Board Certified Orthopedic Vet for their opinion. You might consider Pet insurance before diagnosis as after diagnosis it is considered a preexisting condition and not covered. MAKE SURE THE INSURANCE YOU ARE CONSIDERING COVERS GENETIC FAULTS AS SOME DO NOT!
Best wishes
