Awesome! It's a beautiful area. Every weekend I used to go to concerts at the House of Blues right by Barefoot Landing. My dad is a contractor for Deerfield which is a big resort community in Surfside and my mom works in Socastee. I went to Socastee High. If you know that area (Socastee/Forestbrook)
