So I'm hoping that someone can help me here , Belle's follow up was on Friday the 1st and she was due for her second sets of shots. Well as normal the Veterinarian and his assistant did a well check up And inform us she seems to be healthy and that she weighs 2.1lbs ( she's 12 weeks might I add). They went ahead and gave her the second sets of shots and inform me that she's has to come back in a month for her last sets and her rabies shot. He did inform me that after her shot she will be laid back and sleepy.
So here is where I'm concern it is now Saturday and Belle seems to whine everytime I touch her or go to pick her up. At one point I went to place my hand on her to pet her and I had yet to touch her and she was whimping as if someone was hurting her. This has been happening since she received her second set of shots. She is eating and drinking and if I open her playpen she does come out its seems to be more of the interaction part. Is this normal?
I'm contemplating on even allowing the Vet give her the Rabies shot until a month after her last set of shots because of how she's behaving. Any suggestions or Advice on this situation is greatly appreciated..
